How do you prevent receiving notification every time someone posts into a thread you either started or have posted into?

Ok - how do you post gifs?

If I just copy & paste it from another website it just posts as a picture. I don't see anything in the toolbar that you would use for that. NE had a picture thingy in the toolbar that would let you paste the image address & that would do it. Is there something similar here that I'm not seeing?

Copy link and use the chain link up top when you reply

Or you should be able too save it too your comp as a gif file and post it as usual

well that didn't work - you have to click on "testing" to get it to show - hyperlink - what chain link? I don't want to save it to the laptop.

When you hit reply look up you will see a lil chain link thingy

the lil chainlink thingy you see in reply is a hyperlink thingy - there is a chain link thingy in the insert image doohickey - that's what I used above.
